Easy Pancakes – Recipe in a bag

Dry Ingredients
 Place into a 1 x 1 litre Sinchies reusable pouch for storage
 1 cup self raising flour
 2 tbsp sugar
 pinch of bicarbonate of soda
Wet Ingredients
 Place into 1 x 200ml or 500ml Sinchies reusable pouch
 1 egg
 3/4 cup milk
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 2 tbsp melted butter

When you're ready to go, add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.

Give it a good shake and then place it on a flat surface, remove the excess air by unscrewing the lid of the Sinchies and squeezing the air out.

Screw the lid back on and smooth out the lumps.

Cook in a frying pan the same way as you cook any pancakes.
