Back-to-school season is upon us, and that means busy mornings, packed schedules, and the challenge of keeping meals quick, easy, and nutritious. To make life easier, I’ve been busy prepping and stocking our freezer with some family favourites, all conveniently stored in our Sinchies reusable ziplock bags, of course!
Here’s what I’ve prepped to keep us on track:
⭐ Pete's Delicious Sausage Rolls
Perfect for lunchboxes or an after-school snack, these homemade sausage rolls are always a hit. Simply cook them from frozen in the air fryer or oven for a quick and tasty bite. Click here for recipe.
⭐ Burger Patties for Mini Brioche Burgers
These are a great lunchbox option! I make mini-sized burger patties and freeze them, ready to pop into a brioche bun with a slice of cheese, some salad and tomato sauce for a wholesome, fun meal.
⭐ Butter Chicken for Late Nights
We all have those nights when we get home late, and having a batch of homemade butter chicken in the freezer makes dinner a breeze. Just heat it up, serve with rice or naan, and dinner is sorted. We LOVE this recipe by Bondi Mumma.
All of these meals are stored in our Sinchies reusable ziplock bags, which help keep our freezer organized, reduce waste, and make portioning super easy. Plus, they’re perfect for saving space and keeping food fresh longer.
If you're gearing up for the back-to-school rush, prepping meals in advance can be a game-changer. What’s on your freezer meal prep list? Let us know in the comments!
Happy prepping!
