7 Days of Healthy Breakfast Smoothies
There's nothing i love more than an icy cold smoothie in the hot summer months! I usually make up smoothie bags in advance and store them in the freezer in our Sinchies sandwich or wrap bags, so it's a quick grab a bag out the freezer and whizz it up ...... easy, healthy breakfast solution. I also struggle somedays to eat the recommended amount of fruit and vegetables so this is always a good way to get the daily amount into me. Also a fantastic way to use up any fruit that's close to it's use by date, cut it up and pop it in the freezer for ron.
Here's 7 smoothies i've got ready to go in my freezer at the mo ...... one for each day of the week
