Sinchies Dessert Bar Recipe

Dessert Bar - Coconut Jelly and Coconut rice pudding
I made the coconut jelly and had coconut milk left over, so I made coconut rice pudding to use the milk up. Well.....that didn't quite work out, because i needed another tin, so the left overs went into a Sinchies and into the freezer.

Coconut Rice pudding recipe
Yields1 Serving
 Coconut Jelly - 200ml
 coconut milk, 200ml
 milk (almond, rice or cow's)
 100m water
 1 1/2tsp agar agar or gelatin
 50g of honey or sugar
 1/2 tsp coconut or almond essence

Heat all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat

stirring continuously for about 5 minutes until hot but not boiling.

Pour it into your Sinchies reusable pouches and

place them in the fridge to set.
