Coconut Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

 1 apple, steamed and pureed
 400ml coconut milk
 1/2 cup cooked rice
 1 TBSP honey
 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
 1 TBSP desiccated coconut
 2 cups of water

Steam and puree the apple.


In a blender add the apple, coconut milk, cooked rice, honey, vanilla bean paste, desiccated coconut and water.


Blend until smooth and serve!
