Brekky Boost Recipe

 1/3 cup Quinoa
 ½ cup milk
 ½ cup water
 1 banana
 1 tsp chia seeds
Quinoa banan and chia seed smoothie

Combine quinoa, milk and water in a pan. Add diced banana and chia seeds, cook until thick!


Pour in into your 500ml or 1L Sinchies reusable food pouches


Enjoy when cool
