Baby Beef Stew Recipe

 1 small sweet potato
 1 carrot
 1 small piece of butternut pumpkin
 3 florets of broccoli
 1 tsp tomato paste
 1 small garlic clove
 100 g lean beef mince
 1 tsp olive oil
 1 tbsp fresh parsley
 ¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
Baby beef stew casserole

Peel and cut the potato, carrot and pumpkin into chunks.


Place the potato, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli in a saucepan and cover this with water. Simmer until the vegetables are tender. Drain the water (I always keep about a cup of vegetable water to use for blending) and then add the parsley and tomato paste


In a frying pan, lightly fry the garlic & beef mince in the oil until the beef is brown.


Put the vegetables and beef through a blender, adding some vegetable water if necessary until the desired consistency is reached.


Portion these out into your Sinchies 150ml reusable pouches leaving enough space for expansion when freezing.
Suitable for babies from 6-9 months of age.
