Exactly as expected

Used the first of my insulated lunch box buddies this morning cooked fresh boiling hot noodles at 7am for my little one to have a decent warm lunch however when it came to 3pm. This afternoon they were untouched and my little one said the noodles were stone cold by lunchtime despite following all the insulated instructions and secure lid placement
We have another insulted lunchbox container much bigger than the sinchies which is still warm by school pick up but I bought the sinchies cause it fits nicely in the b box
Oh no, that would’ve been so disappointing for your little one (and you too after putting in the effort that morning)! Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us. The insulated food jars are designed to keep food warm for several hours, but a few things can affect performance, like portion size, how hot the food was when placed inside, and making sure the jar is “pre-heated” before use. Here are some tips that usually make a big difference:
✨ Pre-heat the jar first - fill it with boiling water, pop the lid on, let it sit for 10 mins, then empty and add your hot food straight away.
✨ Fill it up - they work best when nice and full (less air inside = better heat retention).
✨ Super hot start - the hotter the food goes in, the longer it stays warm.
The smaller size you mentioned is super handy for fitting inside the bbox lunchbox, but it won’t hold heat for quite as long as a larger jar simply because of volume. If your little one tends to eat later in the day, the bigger container might be a better option for certain meals.
That said, your feedback is really valuable - we’ll definitely pass this on to the manufacturer.

Used them everyday this week. Great for warming winter lunches. Fit perfectly into bbox lunch box. Don't be fooled by their compact size, you can actually pack plenty in, they are the perfect for a lunchbox sized portion. Easy to open and close. Easy to clean. My kids (8 & 10) are loving it. I’m saving time, using up leftovers and getting extra veggies into them. Winning 🙌
