White Chocolate Butterscotch Liqueur Recipe

A perfect Christmas gift, made with love and your time! A great gift for teachers, friends or family. Two things you can't put a price on - time and love. This white chocolate butterscotch liquor is absolutely devine and a perfect night cap with a few cubes of ice.


300 g White Chocolate Chips(Milk or Dark chocolate)
10 tbsp Castor Sugar
250 ml Pouring Cream
250 ml Full Cream Milk
4 tbsp Vanilla Extract
300 g Vodka
100 g Butterscotch Snaps(or some other snaps)


Place chocolate chips, sugar, cream and milk into a bowl and heat until chocolate has melted.

Take off the stove top, add the vanilla, vodka and butterscotch snaps and mix well.

Allow to cool and then scoop the fat from the top of the liquor mix.

Sterilise your 200ml Sinchies and then pour the liquor into them. Place in the fridge to cool. This lasts for approximately 2-3 months in the fridge.
