What’s a Dump Bag?
A dump bag is a prepped freezer meal where you “dump” all your raw ingredients into a large, sealable bag and freeze. On cooking day, you just defrost and pop it into the slow cooker—no extra mess, no last-minute chopping. Using Sinchies large reusable food pouches makes this prep even more eco-friendly and convenient!
