When your baby is ready to start solids, it’s the perfect time to introduce them to a world of wholesome, natural flavours. This homemade Pumpkin, Pear, Chia & Coconut Purée is packed with goodness – gentle on little tummies and bursting with nutrients!

Pumpkin, Pear, Chia & Coconut Purée Recipe

Ingredients:

• ⅛ Kent pumpkin, seeds & skin removed, diced
• 2 pears, peeled, cored, and diced
• 100 ml coconut milk
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 4 tbsp water

Method:

  1. In a small bowl, mix the chia seeds and water. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes to form a gel.

  2. Steam the pumpkin and pear for around 12 minutes or until soft. Cool completely.

  3. Add the cooled pumpkin and pear, coconut milk, and chia gel to a blender.

  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.

How to Store It

Once your purée is silky and smooth, spoon it into your Sinchies reusable pouches for easy feeding at home or on the go.

  • Fridge: Keeps fresh for 2–3 days

  • Freezer: Store in batches for up to 3 months

Simply defrost overnight in the fridge or warm slightly in a bowl of hot water before serving.
