  • 50g frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 25g vanilla protein powder
  • half a tsp honey
  • 150ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 50ml water
  • 15g desiccated coconut


Blend and pop in a reusable pouch.
