Toddler Breakfast Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
1 Banana
1 cup Frozen Berries
125 ml Milk of your choice
1 cup Greek Yoghurt (or yoghurt of your choice)
2 tbsp LSA
2 tbsp Honey
Directions
In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour into your Sinchies pouches and serve or freeze.
Otherwise you can do what I did and make a smoothie bowl out of it! Either way it's delicious.
