Saint Patricks Day Pancakes

Saint Patricks Day Pancakes

1 cup Oats
1 cup Baby Spinach
¼ cup Sugar
1 egg
¾ cup milk of your choice
2 tsp vanilla bean paste
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp baking powder

In a blender, whizz up the oats until the oats are a flour consistency.

Then add the baby spinach, sugar, eggs milk, and vanilla bean paste and blend on high until the batter is smooth in consistency.

Add the baking powder and blend again. Pour into a Sinchies 1L pouch for easy pouring.

Heat a non-stick frying pan on a medium heat and pour some pancake batter into the pan. Cook until you see small bubbles appearing, once this happens they're ready to flip. Continue to do this until all your batter has been used up.

Store any extra pancakes in your Sinchies reusable ziplock snack sized bags in the fridge for up to 1 week or the freezer for up to 2 months.
