Pumpkin, Chickpea & Yoghurt Puree Recipe
Ingredients
200 g Pumpkin
¼ cup Chickpeas (drained and wash)
¼ cup natural yoghurt
pinch cumin and cinnamon
Directions
Peel and dice the pumpkin.
Place the pumpkin and chickpeas into a saucepan of water, cover and cook for 15minutes until the pumpkin is tender.
Place the pumpkin, chickpeas, yoghurt & spices into a blender and whizz until the desired consistency is reached.
Pour it into your Sinchies 200ml reusable pouches
