This is one of many food trends I have seen on TikTok and it is a WINNER (trust me, not all of them are). My new favourite breakfast - it's yummy, filling and packed with protein. Recipe below:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
2 weet-bix crushed up
1/3 cup of milk (I use almond)
Cream:
1/2 cup protein yoghurt (160g)
2 tbs protein
Caramel and crunch:
10g biscoff spread
1 biscoff crunched up
METHOD:
- Crush up your weet-bix
- Pour in the milk
- Mix up the protein yoghurt and spread on top of weet-bix
- Melt biscoff spread in microwave for about 20 seconds
- Drizzle on top of the cream mixture
- Crumble biscoff on top
Set in fridge or eat immediately. Let me know what you think if you try it.
