We make these at least once a week and I often find Troy (my 9 year old) in the kitchen making them himself. We always have all the ingredients and it's quick and easy. They are so tasty no icing is required!!!
- 1 egg
- 40g melted butter
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup self raising flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- Melt the butter.
- Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowel and mix until combined.
- Fill moulds 2/3 full.
- Place into air fryer and bake for 12 minutes.
- Allow them to cool in the moulds for 10 minutes then push each cupcake up from the bottom of the mould.
Eat and enjoy! You can also bake in the oven if you don't have an air fryer.
