Ingredients

250ml coconut water
3 TBSP chia seeds
1 mango pureed

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together.

Wait about 15 minutes for the chia seeds to expand.

Pour into 2 x 200ml Sinchies and refridgerate until needed.
