10 delicious and healthy recipes for your Sinchies Pops aka Icy pole pouches that you and your children will love.

Choc-Avo Pops

  • 6 medjool dates (soaked for 30 minutes)
  • 2 avocado's
  • 1/4 cup cacao
  • 3 TBSP maple syrup
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Soak the medjool dates for 30 minutes to soften them up.

Place the dates and the rest of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a 1 Litre Sinchies pouch and then fill up your Pops (using the 1 litre pouch).

Stand the pops in the freezer and leave them to freeze over night.

Strawberry, Lemonade Yoghurt Pops

  • 1/8 cup sugar
  • 1 TBSP lemon zest
  • 2 lemons juices
  • 1 1/2 cups natural yoghurt and a handful of strawberries

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour this into a 1 Litre Sinchies pouch and then fill up your Pops (using the 1 litre pouch).

Stand them in the freezer and leave them to freeze over night.

Pistacchio Pops

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 corn flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 cups milk
  • 4 TBSP unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups pistachio nuts

Blend the pistachio's with 6 tsp of milk to form a past.

In a saucepan combine the corn flour, sugar and salt.

Add the rest of the milk, the pistachio paste and bring it to the boil stirring constantly (so no lumps form) and until it thickens.

Stir in the butter, vanilla extract and  mix well.

Pour into your Pops and freeze until firm.

Rice Bubble Pops

  • 3 cups rice bubbles
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Toast the rice bubbles in the oven for about 7-10 minutes at 180C.

In a saucepan add the milk, cream, condensed milk and salt and heat. Add the toasted rice bubbles and stir until combined.

Using a Sinchies collapsible funnel pour this into your Pops and freeze.

Vanilla Cream pie pops

  • 8 arrowroot biscuits
  • 4 TBSP melted butter
  • 1 packet of instant pudding (your choice in flavour)

Crush the arrowroot biscuits and then stir in the melted butter so the biscuit sticks together.

Make the instant pudding as to the directions on the packet.

Pour some instant pudding into your Pop and then some arrowroot and continue this until the Pop is full.

Place the Pops in the freezer and enjoy once frozen.

Strawberry Cheesecake pops

  • 2 cups of strawberries
  • 250g cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes
  • 2 TBSP melted butter

Crush the cornflakes and then stir in the melted butter so the cornflakes stick together.

In a blender - blend the berries, cream cheese, milk and honey until smooth.

Layer the crushed cornflakes and cheesecake mix in your Pops.

Freeze until they have hardened and then gobble them up!

Watermelon & Coconut Pops

  • 1 1/2 cups cubed watermelon
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp mint

Finely chop the mint.

In a blender place your watermelon, coconut cream, lime zest and juice and the chopped mint.

Blend until smooth and then pour into your Sinchies Pops.

Place them in the freezer for a few hours until frozen.

Blueberry Chia Pops

  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 400ml of coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 TBSP Chia Seeds

Soak the chia seeds in the water until they become gel like.

In a blender place the blueberries, coconut milk and soaked chia seeds and blend until smooth.

Pour into your Sinchies Pops using a 1 litre pouch and place them in the freezer.

Leave overnight or for about 5 hours until frozen.

Pop them out and lick the goodness up!

Tropical Pops

  • 1 banana
  • 1 mango
  • 1 can passionfruit pulp
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1 cup of ice

Place all the ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth.

Pour into your Sinchies Pops and place them in the freezer.

Once frozen push them out and enjoy!

Mango Cream pops

  • 2 mangoes
  • 1 banana
  • 1/3 cup yoghurt
  • 1 TBSP chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Soak the chia seeds in some coconut milk until they become gel like.

In a blender place the mangoes, banana, yoghurt and chia seed mix and blend until smooth.

Pour into your Sinchies Pops using a 1 litre pouch and place them in the freezer.

Leave overnight or for about 5 hours until frozen.

Pop them out and enjoy!
