Homemade Fruit Jellies Recipe (lollies)

 1 1/2 cups fresh made fruit & vege juice (or you could use store bought if you don't have a juicer)
 4 TBSP gelatine
 2-4 TBSP honey
 1/2 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or other flavouring of choice (optional)
Fruit Jellies or homemade fruit lollies

Pour the juice into a saucepan.


Sprinkle the gelatine over this & wait until it has all soaked into the juice.


And then whisk.


Stir over medium heat until warm and gelatine is well dissolved (don't boil).


Stir in the honey and extract (to taste depending on sweetness and flavour of juice).


Pour in into a Sinchies Pouches to make it easier to pour into moulds (mine are ikea ice trays) or you can use a loaf tin and cut into cubes when set.


Set in fridge for 2-3 hours.


Store in fridge for 2-3 weeks (if they last that long without being eaten!)
