The side spout made my life sooo much easier to fill these up, originally was using a spoon so much quicker and it stands up on its own when full.!

Sinchies are fantastic
I am an ultra runner and I eat a lot of rehydrated powdered mash. Sinchies are great for eating the mash when I'm out training or in a race. Great quality prouct.

Easier than filling pouches with a spoon!
Great idea to fill the sinchies up and fits a large tub of yoghurt. Can keep leftover yoghurt in this to then fill more as the others become empty through the school week.
