Andy – Logistics Legend & Warehouse King Andy is the operations mastermind who keeps everything ticking behind the scenes. From managing stock and packing orders to handling wholesale accounts, he’s all about efficiency and precision. Andy’s often found in our Gold Coast warehouse, surrounded by pallets, packing tape, and a coffee in hand. He’s organised in his chaos – always up for a challenge and rarely without his trusty box cutter and his dog Captain at his feet. |

Ash – Creative Director & Brand Visionary Ash is the creative force and voice of Sinchies. From designing pouch prints and dreaming up new product ideas to managing our marketing, socials, website, and email campaigns – she’s got a finger in every creative pie. Ash loves connecting with our community, sharing parenting hacks, and showing off all the ways Sinchies can make your life easier. She's also a proud mum, content creator, and a wannabe lunchbox-packing pro. |

Andy and Ash bought Sinchies together in early 2023, combining their different skill sets to take the brand to new heights. What started as a love for practical, eco-friendly products has grown into a full-blown family business – with big dreams of getting Sinchies into homes (and lunchboxes) all across Australia.
