Kid friendly healthy chocolate smoothie

Billie's Healthy Chocolate Smoothie

Try out this healthy kid friendly chocolate smoothie recipe. The perfect breakfast or snack. Eat on the run in a Sinchies reusable food pouch.

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • A handful of baby spinach
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon of cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 1-2 teaspoons of maple syrup

Method:

Pour all ingredients into a blender or thermomix, blend, pour into reusable pouch and serve.
