Sinchies Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing to pre-order with Sinchies. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before completing your pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Pre-Order Information - All items on pre-order are expected to be dispatched during the week commencing 9th November 2024. Please note that this is an estimated dispatch date and may be subject to slight changes. If any delays occur, we will promptly notify you by email.
Payment Terms - Full payment is required at the time of placing your pre-order. This secures your item and ensures it will be reserved for you once stock arrives.
Shipping and Delivery - Once your pre-order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Estimated delivery times apply from the date of dispatch, not from the date of pre-order. Please allow additional time for delivery due to potential demand during the release period.
Cancellations and Refunds - Pre-orders can be canceled at any time by contacting our customer service team. Refunds will not be issued for pre-orders once the order has been dispatched. You would then need to return it for a refund at your cost. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
Changes to Pre-Order Items - In the event that there are any changes to product specifications or availability, we will reach out via email with the option to either proceed with or cancel your pre-order. If a cancellation is chosen in this scenario, a full refund will be provided.
