DISCLAIMER: Ensure young children are supervised when using this product. It contains small parts (the lid/cap) which children could swallow or choke on. We recommend purchasing the child safe choke free lids if using this product for little ones.

Capacity: 140ml

Size: 15.5 x 12.5cm (including spout)

  • Filling your pouches is super easy – ensure the lid is tightly fastened. Open the bottom gusset. Use one of our filling stations to free up your hands and/or fill multiple at once. Use our collapsible funnel or our 1 litre reusable food pouch. Alternatively just use a spoon. Fill to the line and seal the ziplock
  • Washing your pouches with warm soapy water and our our cleaning brush. Open the bottom gusset first and use the large bristles for the general clean. Untwist to reveal a smaller brush which is perfect for the spout and hard to reach places.
  • Dry your Sinchies using our custom drying rack. The bottom gusset needs to be kept open - pop them on the prongs of your drying rack. Alternatively use a whisk, spatula or chopstick.

    Easier than filling pouches with a spoon!

    Great idea to fill the sinchies up and fits a large tub of yoghurt. Can keep leftover yoghurt in this to then fill more as the others become empty through the school week.

Storage times will depend on where you store the bags. You can safely store breast milk:
• In the refrigerator (for up to 4 days)
• In the freezer compartment of your refrigerator (for up to 2 weeks)
• In a separate deep freezer (-18°C or colder) (for up to 6-12 months)
Remember, these are guidelines. Always check stored milk for spoilage. Spoiled milk may have an unpleasant or sour smell. When in doubt, throw it out!

Yes, freezing is a great way to store breast milk for longer periods. The self-standing design makes them easy to store in the freezer and use less space compared to bottles.

No! The bags feature a double zip seal for maximum leak protection.

We don’t recommend microwaving the bags, as the nutrients in breastmilk can be destroyed in the microwaving process.

Yes! Simply clean and sterilise them and they are good to be reused again and again!

To make the most of your freezer space once filled, I would lay them in the freezer flat to freeze. Make sure you write the date on each pouch before placing in the freezer.
