Strawberry cheesecake ice pops

Introducing the perfect after school summer snack that is both delicious and nourishing. Packed with the goodness of coconut cream, juicy strawberries, raw cashews and a hint of collagen powder for that extra gut loving boost, these ice pops are the perfect blend of creamy and refreshing.


  • 1 can of coconut cream
  • 1 cup of raw cashews
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice
  • 500g punnet of strawberries, stems removed
  • ¼ cup of collagen powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoons of liquid sweetener (agave, maple, honey)


  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. If using a Thermomix, use speed 9 for 1 minute.
  2. Pour into your Sinchies icy pole pouch.
  3. Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours before enjoying.
