Gut-loving raspberry yoghurt recipe
Prep time: 10 minutes
Makes: 2 × 120ml pouches
Ingredients:

300g Greek yoghurt
-
2–3 tbsp chia seeds
-
2 tbsp desiccated coconut

¼ cup fresh raspberries
Method:
Blender method

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Rest for 5 minutes to allow the chia seeds to thicken.

Spoon into reusable squeezy pouches or serve straight away.
No-blender method

Mash the raspberries really well with a fork.

Stir through the yoghurt, chia seeds and coconut.

Rest for 5–10 minutes until thickened.

Spoon into reusable squeezy pouches.
