Gut-loving raspberry yoghurt (a 10-minute win)

If you’re looking for an easy, nourishing snack that actually gets eaten, this one’s a keeper. Creamy Greek yoghurt, fibre-rich chia, gut-loving coconut and naturally sweet raspberries … all blended (or mashed!) into a pouch-perfect snack.

Perfect for lunchboxes, after-school snacks or a quick breakfast on the go.

Gut-loving raspberry yoghurt recipe

Prep time: 10 minutes
Makes: 2 × 120ml pouches

Ingredients:

  • 300g Greek yoghurt

  • 2–3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut

  • ¼ cup fresh raspberries

Method:

Blender method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Rest for 5 minutes to allow the chia seeds to thicken.

  4. Spoon into reusable squeezy pouches or serve straight away.

No-blender method

  1. Mash the raspberries really well with a fork.

  2. Stir through the yoghurt, chia seeds and coconut.

  3. Rest for 5–10 minutes until thickened.

  4. Spoon into reusable squeezy pouches.
