The sun is shining and it’s getting warmer, summer is near and we are reaching for refreshing frozen treats to beat the heat. These Layered Mango Yogurt Ice Blocks are a delicious way to cool down. The simple recipe combines a sweet mango layer with a tangy greek yogurt leaving you ready to embrace the sunny days ahead.
Ingredients:
Yogurt Swirl:
- 2 Cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup
- Splash of Vanilla Extract
Mango Sorbet:
- 500g Frozen Mango
- 2 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup
Method:
- Yogurt Swirl - Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine.
- Mango Sorbet - Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Place a spoonful of each into a Sinchies ice block mold alternating layers until full.
- Freeze for a minimum of 2 hours then enjoy.
