Layered Mango Yoghurt Ice Blocks

The sun is shining and it’s getting warmer, summer is near and we are reaching for refreshing frozen treats to beat the heat. These Layered Mango Yogurt Ice Blocks are a delicious way to cool down. The simple recipe combines a sweet mango layer with a tangy greek yogurt leaving you ready to embrace the sunny days ahead.

Ingredients:

Yogurt Swirl:

  • 2 Cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup
  • Splash of Vanilla Extract

Mango Sorbet:

  • 500g Frozen Mango
  • 2 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup

Method:

  1. Yogurt Swirl - Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine.
  2. Mango Sorbet - Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Place a spoonful of each into a Sinchies ice block mold alternating layers until full.
  4. Freeze for a minimum of 2 hours then enjoy.
