Save money, reduce waste, and it's good for you!
Ingredients
-
3 tsp gelatin powder
-
2 tbsp water
-
1 x 400ml can coconut milk
-
1 cup fruit (strawberries, banana or mango – fresh or frozen work)
Method
-
Pop the coconut milk, fruit, and protein powder into a blender. Blitz until smooth and creamy.
-
In a small saucepan, stir together the gelatin powder and water. Let it sit for 2 minutes to bloom.
-
Pour your fruity mix into the saucepan. Gently heat over medium-high, stirring until the gelatin dissolves (don’t boil).
-
Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
-
Pour into Sinchies reusable pouches and chill in the fridge until set.
-
Serve up a creamy, fruity panna cotta that tastes like a treat but is secretly gut-loving and nutrient-packed.
Reusable tip: Storing these in Sinchies pouches means less mess, less waste, and easy grab-and-go snacks for the kids.
Try different fruit combos - mango + coconut tastes like summer, while strawberry + banana gives smoothie-vibes.
