ThisΒ Easter Egg Rocky Road is the perfect way to turn leftover chocolate into a delicious, no-bake treat! Fun to make with the kids and packed with biscuits, marshmallows, lollies, and chocolate, this easy dessert is a guaranteed hit.
Ingredients:
- 8 Scotch Finger biscuits, crushed
- 2 bars milk chocolate, melted
- 1 bag of lollies (we used red frogs)
- 1 cup baby marshmallows
- Mini Easter eggs
- KitKat bunnies
- Creme eggs (optional)
Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Prepare the Mix:
- In a large bowl, combine crushed Scotch Fingers, baby marshmallows, and lollies.
2οΈβ£ Melt the Chocolate:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
3οΈβ£ Assemble the Rocky Road:
- Pour the melted chocolate over the biscuit mixture and stir to coat everything evenly.
- Transfer to a lined baking tray and spread out evenly.
4οΈβ£ Decorate:
- Press in mini eggs, KitKat bunnies, and creme eggs on top while the chocolate is still soft.
5οΈβ£ Set & Serve:
- Refrigerate for 1 hour, then break into pieces and enjoy!
