Yoghurt Muesli Clusters Recipe

Yields1 Serving

Finding healthy new things to add to lunchboxes can be a bit tricky! So we thought we'd share some of the things we make here at Sinchies HQ. These Yoghurt Muesli clusters are really yummo and very simple to make but do take a wee bit of time in the dehydrator or oven!
All you need is muesli, yoghurt and a dehydrator or oven.

Yoghurt Muesli clusters

 1 cup muesli
 1 & 1/4 cups of yoghurt (I used blueberry)

Mix the muesli (I'm sure a favourite cereal would work too) with the yoghurt

Depending on the muesli or cereal you use you may need more or less yoghurt

Stir it around until the muesli is all evenly coated. Using a teaspoon, spoon 1 dollop of mix onto some baking paper (either on the dehydrator solid tray or onto a baking pan).

If using a dehydrator it will take about 7 hours for these to dry, it could be a bit longer depending on the speed setting. If using the oven, put the oven on a low temp about 50-60C fan forced and let them dry out for about 6 hours. You will have to check these as every oven is different.

And voila there you have some Yoghurt Muesli Clusters

Place into a Sinchies Snack Bag for school or work.
