Tutti Fruiti Sticks Recipe

 2 cups of meusli
 180g of seedless grapes
 150g apple puree
 65g of saltanas and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Place the meusli into a food processor and give it a whizz for about 10 seconds.


Add the rest of the ingredients and whizz for 15 seconds, maybe a bit longer if there are still chunks.


Pour the mix into a 1 litre Sinchies and seal firmly.


Squeeze it out into sticks on a lined baking tray and bake at 180C for 15 minutes.
