Toast the oats, coconut, bran, & seeds sprinkled with cinnamon for about 10 minutes on about 150C (fan forced) - keep an eye on it as when i did this at my friends house it came out pretty toasty!
Next place the butter in a saucepan & heat until melted, add the honey, glucose and brown sugar and stir until everything has melted and is combined. Add the toasted ingredients to this and stir well until everything is coated. Flatten it out into a lined lamington tray and cook for a further 20 minutes at 150C.
Once it has baked cut it up into fingers or squares and eat!
