Tasty Roast Pumpkin Recipe

 180g diced pumpkin
 8 cherry tomatoes
 1 TBSP olive oil
 1/2 cup cooked chicken
 1/2 cup cooked pasta
 1/4 cup raw broccoli

Roast the pumpkin and cherry tomatoes in a 180C fan forced oven with 1TBSP of olive oil for about 15 minutes or until soft.

Using a food processor or similar blend the cooked chicken, pasta and raw broccoli.

Add the cooked pumpkin and cherry tomotoes and bliz again.

Add some water or milk until you get the desired consistency.
