Here's our healthy version of a Strawberry Up and Go - Give your little ones a healthy start to the day and you too of course! Perfect when you're on the go or on the run .....

Healthy Strawberry Up and Go Recipe - Sinchies
Yields1 Serving
 10 strawberries
 1 banana
 1 weetbix
 2 tbsp malt (or you can use milo for a strawberry choc flavor)
 1 cup of milk
 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
 1 tbsp honey (optional)
 1/2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Place all ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth.

Pour it into your 80ml Sinchies reusable food pouches and let it sit for about 5 to 10 minute so the weetbix can soften.
