Smoothies: Coconut milk, Banana and Blueberry Recipe

 50g blueberries
 1/2 banana
 2TBSP natural yoghurt
 1/4 cup coconut milk
 1/2 TBSP Honey
 Some ice cubes
Coconut Banana and blueberry Smoothie

Blend together and pour into a 200ml Sinchies

(use soy yoghurt or leave it out for a dairy free alternative)
