Gluten Free Chicken Nugget Recipe

 1 cup plain flour(or Gluten Free Flour)
 1 cup breadcrumbs(or Gluten Free breadcrumbs)
 2 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp paprika
 2 tsps onion powder
 1 tsp salt
 1kg chicken breast or thigh fillets cut into nugget size
Shake and bake chicken nuggets homemade

Place all ingredients into a 1 litre Sinchies reusable food pouch and shake until well mixed.

Spray the chicken pieces with some olive oil.

place the chicken into the Sinchies and start shaking.

Shake until well coated.

Cook in a 180 degree celcius oven until golden brown.
