In a bowl place all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
Cut the pastry sheets in half. Put some mince along the middle of each half sheet, brush the sides with egg or milk and then fold them over to form a sausage. Brush the top with egg or milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in the oven at 180C for about 20 - 30 minutes until golden brown.
