Overnight Oats Recipe

 1/4 cup uncooked oats
 1/4 cup of fruit of your choice (finely diced)
 1/4 cup yoghurt
overnight oats

Place the oats, fruit and yoghurt into a bowl and mix well.


Using a 1 litre Sinchies or a spoon, place the mixture into some 200ml Sinchies reusable pouches and leave it in the fridge overnight.


In the morning you should have this deliciously creamy brekkie ready to have on the go!
