Place berries and water into a pot and gently squash the berries with a potato masher.
Heat this for about 10 minutes.
Once heated, strain the mix through a fine sieve into a jug and discard the berries.
Pour the mix back into the pot, add the sugar and heat for about 5 minutes.
Cool and add the lemon juice.
Then place into a 1 Litre Reusable Food Pouch
