1 cup dried mango (I dried my own mango using a dehydrator, the flavour is much stronger and nicer)
1/4 cup pepitas
1 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup milk powder
1 TBSP water (or two if needed)

Place the mango, pepitas, coconut and milk powder in a food processor, thermomix or blender of some sort and blend until all the ingredients are combined. Add the water and blend again for about 10 to 15 seconds.

Using a tablespoon as your measure, scoop some mix up and roll it into balls and then roll in some more desiccated coconut.

Store the balls in a Sinchies sandwich or wrap bag or alternatively divide them into some Sinchies snack bags ready for the school/daycare week.
