mac n cheese cup recipe
Yields1 Serving
 2 cups of macaroni
 1 cup of milk
 1 TBSP butter
 1 TBSP flour
 1/2 cup colby cheese
 1/4 cup parmesan (optional)
 1 tsp english mustard
 salt and pepper to taste
 * sliced tomato, 1/4 cup of cheese and bacon to garnish
1

Preheat the oven to 180C. Line a muffin tray with baking paper or spray it with oil.

2

Cook the macaroni as per the directions on the back of the packet. Whilst doing that in another saucepan, melt the butter.

3

Once the butter has melted add the flour and stir it around until it has incorporated.

4

Add the milk and stir.

5

Once this thickens slightly add the cheeses, english mustard and salt and pepper.

6

Remove from the heat.

7

Once the macaroni is cooked (I like it el-dente), drain the water and add the sauce to this and stir until well combined.

8

Evenly distribute the mac n' cheese mix between some muffin cases, top them with a bit more cheese, a slice of tomato and bacon pieces.

9

Bake them in the oven on 180C for about 20 minutes

Place in a Sinchies Reusable Food Pouch for school or work

* Put some tomato sauce into an 80ml Sinchies pouch to send in the lunchbox. This makes it easy to squeeze onto the mac 'n cheese cups!
