LSA Smoothie for Kids

 2 cups milk of your choice
 1 banana
 1 ripe pear
 1 TBSP LSA (Linseed, Sunflower Seed and Almond mix)
 1 TBSP honey (optional)
 1/4 cup natural yoghurt
 1 tsp chia seeds

Place the milk, banana, pear, LSA, honey, yoghurt and chia seeds into a blender and blend until the desired consistency is reached.

Pour into your Sinchies reusable pouches and serve.
