LSA Smoothie for Kids

LSA Smoothie
Yields1 Serving
 2 cups milk of your choice
 1 banana
 1 ripe pear
 1 TBSP LSA (Linseed, Sunflower Seed and Almond mix)
 1 TBSP honey (optional)
 1/4 cup natural yoghurt
 1 tsp chia seeds

Place the milk, banana, pear, LSA, honey, yoghurt and chia seeds into a blender and blend until the desired consistency is reached.

Pour into your Sinchies reusable pouches and serve.

* This can be frozen and is a great addition to children lunches. Freeze it before popping it into their lunchbox, it will slowly defrost during the course of the day and by lunch break it will be icy cold!
