Jelly and Kiwi Ice Block Recipe

It's hot and you need a cool down, so what do you grab? A homemade icy pole from out the freezer!

Jelly and Kiwi Ice block
Yields1 Serving
For the Jelly
 250ml fruit juice of your choice (we used orange here)
 Agar agar or gelatin (follow the packet directions)
For the top layer of the Pop
 4 kiwi fruit (ripe ones)
 1 avocado
 2 frozen bananas
 1/3 cup coconut cream

Warm the juice and gelatin in a saucepan until all gelatin has dissolved.

Once dissolved pour it equally between 7 Sinchies Pops & leave it in the fridge to set.

Once the jelly has set, whizz up the kiwi fruit, avo, banana and the coconut cream.

pour it on top of the jelly layer, close the pops and put in the freezer!
