How to make yoghurt / Yogurt Recipe

Yoghurt making is a cinch with Sinchies reusable pouches.

 400mls full cream/whole milk - you can use skim milk, it will just result in a runnier less creamy yoghurt
 30g milk powder
 2 TBSP previous yoghurt

Heat the milk & milk powder in a saucepan until just before boiling.

Leave it to cool for 30 minutes.

Stir in the yoghurt.

Pour it into a pre-heated thermos flask and leave it in a nice warm spot for about 8 hours to do it's thing!

One it's set pour it into your Sinchies reusable food pouches and put it in the fridge to cool and stop the culturing process.

We flavour our yoghurt with honey and cinnamon, freshly pureed fruit, vanilla bean paste or a bit of juice and pureed fruit.
