How to make yoghurt / Yogurt Recipe

 400mls full cream/whole milk - you can use skim milk, it will just result in a runnier less creamy yoghurt
 30g milk powder
 2 TBSP previous yoghurt

Heat the milk & milk powder in a saucepan until just before boiling.


Leave it to cool for 30 minutes.


Stir in the yoghurt.


Pour it into a pre-heated thermos flask and leave it in a nice warm spot for about 8 hours to do it's thing!


One it's set pour it into your Sinchies reusable food pouches and put it in the fridge to cool and stop the culturing process.
