How the experiment works:
The salt lowers the freezing point of the ice, so it takes longer for the ice to melt…therefore it makes the ice colder than it was before, which is how the ice cream freezes within the Sinchie in such a short period of time.
Your Sinchies reusable food pouch will get VERY cold so you might choose to wrap it in a towel to avoid frostbite 😉 .
I think you and your kids will LOVE this experiment! I know mine sure did enjoy eating it lol!
