Fresh Strawberry Yogo Recipe
Another yummy Strawberry Yogo recipe, this time using real Strawberries for real goodness.
3 cups of milk (you can use coconut milk)
1/4 cup raw sugar
3 tablespoons cornflour
Blend the strawberries until there are no lumps.
In a saucepan pour the milk, sugar and cornflour and whisk.
Add the strawberries and stir continuously over a moderate heat until the mixture thickens.
Pour your fresh yogo into 6 x 140ml Sinchies or 5 x 200ml Sinchies and place them in the fridge to cool.
Serving Size Fills 6 x 140ml Sinchies
