Dairy Free Vanilla Custard Recipe

 1 organic vanilla bean (for thermomix owners) or 1 tsp vanilla bean paste (for non-thermomix owners)
 500g rice milk (cows is fine too if you're not dairy free)
 60g raw sugar
 30g cornflour
 2 eggs

For Thermomix Owners

1. Chop vanilla bean into about 5 pieces and place in your mixing jug. Add sugar and corn flour and blitz 10 sec/spd 9


2. Add all remaining ingredients and cook 7 min/90C/spd 4


3. Pour into Sinchies for the kids, or eat warm with some fresh banana like us.

For Non-Thermomix Owners

1. Place all ingredients into a saucepan and stir constantly over medium heat until your custard has thickened and is ready to serve.
