Cranberry and Raspberry Chia Seed Jelly Recipe

Make your own jelly from home without the sugar content and colours of the store bought jellies! This Cranberry and Raspberry Chia Seed Jelly has the tick of approval from our Sinchies taste tester junior school and high school kiddies.

Yields1 Serving
 600ml Cranberry and Raspberry Jelly
 1 tsp gelatin
 1 TBSP chia seeds
 Handful of frozen mixed berries

Warm the juice in a saucepan and stir the gelatin through until it's dissolved.

Add the chia seeds and mixed berries.

When the berries are soft break them up with a fork so they can fit through the spout on the pouch.

Pour it into 3 x 200ml Sinchies and leave it in the fridge to set.
