 350ml milk
 2 TBSP sultanas
 2 TBSP apricots (finely diced)
 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste
 70g cous cous
 (cinnamon & yoghurt optional)

Bring the milk to the boil and remove from the heat.

Add all the ingredients, give it a stir, pop the lid on and leave it to sit for about 10 minutes.

Once the couscous is soft, pop it in a blender until you get the desired consistency.

Add more milk or yoghurt if required.
